4.0.6 Ink Traders
Patch 4.0.6 (currently being tested) adds at least 2 new Ink Traders: Sarana Damir in Stormwind’s scribe store and Sinzi Sparkscribe in Orgrimmar’s store. Both offer the same deals as the trader in Dalaran (selling inks for Blackfallow Ink). 4.0.6 also adds:
- Glyph of Dark Succor, trainable at 275 skill.
- Technique: Glyph of Colossus Smash, sold by Inscription vendors in Twilight Highlands (465 skill to learn).
4.0.3a Jessica Sellers
Jessica Sellers now only trades inks in exchange for Blackfallow Ink. Blackfallow Ink cannot be made until the Cataclysm. So Jessica cannot trade ink for the next 2 weeks…
Patch 3.0.8 Inscription Roundup [Updated Again]
This is a list of all known Inscription changes in patch 3.0.8, which is currently being tested. Updated for patch version 9464. Changes include an Ink Trader in Dalaran, new discovered minor glyphs, off-hands that no longer require Inscription to use, more vellum made by recipes, and changes to the function of some existing glyphs. Ink Trader
Patch 3.0.8 adds an Ink Trader in Dalaran. Jessica Sellers offers:
- Ivory, Moonglow, Midnight, Lion’s, Jadefire, Celestial, Shimmering and Ethereal Inks – for 1 Ink of Sea each.
- Snowfall Ink – for 10 Ink of Sea each.
Inscription Beta 9014
Latest changes:
- Pigments required for most inks have changed.
- Recipes for many Inscriptions (off-hands, tarot) have changed – most require an extra ink. Skilling-up is easier after 200, but leveling is still unfinished.
- Level required to unlock glyph slots has changed (most importantly, the 3rd major glyph slot requires level 80).
- Research no longer has a level requirement.
- Vellum names have changed. The Paladin’s Warhorse glyph has become Wise.
