• Anyone can buy this item. It will require a group to summon, and cannot be used in combat or Arenas.
• The item will exist for a short period of time, like a repair bot. No decision on whether the item will be reusable or consumed.
• Lexicon of Power will remain in capital cities.

As expected, each dual spec will use a different set of glyphs.
