Patch 3.0.3 and Northrend Leveling

• El’s Inscription has been updated with expected changes in patch 3.0.3. Most important, leveling from skill 290 is now much easier.
• A 350-450 Inscription leveling guide has been added to the training chapter for Northrend scribes. I recommend you stop leveling at skill 430, and simply research: Power-leveling to 450 is possible, but currently requires a lot of materials.
