[Inscription] Scrolls of Recall

   Not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere else, but as of the latest beta build, Scrolls of Recall also reset a Shaman's Astral Recall timer. So Shaman Inscriptors won't be able to hearth nine times an hour.

   While this isn't a real detriment (five hearths an hour is already pretty crazy, if you ask me) it might bear mention for people considering Inscription as an asset to their class.

   I'm under the impression they'd probably remove them from the same cool down. From what I've read, inscription hasn't really been fleshed out or fine tuned in the beta, so I'd expect that to change.
